Karen is an absolute professional. I was late to our appointment time due to my own misunderstanding and she was so understanding and workable which immediately put me at ease. Not everyone is like that and her compassion and patience was appreciated and refreshing. She is a perfectionist and takes her time to ensure that whatever service she's providing is done properly and with care.
